§ 1.1. INCORPORATION.
   The Town of Pinebluff, North Carolina, in the County of Moore, and the inhabitants thereof, shall continue to be a municipal body politic and corporate, under the name and style of the “Town of Pinebluff”, (hereinafter at times referred to as the “Town”).
