(A) Rate schedule.
(1) The rates per gallon of water usage are on file at the office of the Town Clerk.
(2) Meter connections made or discontinued between billings will be billed at regular monthly rates.
(3) (a) Apartments, motels, mobile home parks, or multifamily residences may be supplied by one master meter when approved by the Board of Commissioners. If a master meter is used, the service charge for water shall be based on the total consumption for the total amount of units. The monthly service charge shall apply regardless of whether the single-family residential unit is occupied or unoccupied.
(b) For example: the total meter reading will be divided by the total number of units and this amount applied to the fee schedule. The total monthly fee so determined per unit shall then be multiplied by the total number of units to obtain the monthly service charge, which shall not be less than the minimum rate times the number of units.
(B) Tap-on fees.
(1) Tap-on fees are on file at the office of the Town Clerk.
(2) All taps to the town’s water line will be made by or under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Works.
