§ 153.25 DESIGNATION OF FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.

The Land Use Administrator or his, her, or their designee, hereinafter referred to as the “Floodplain Administrator,” is hereby appointed to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter.
