§ 152.584 EFFECT OF APPROVAL.
   Only those uses and structures indicated in the approved permit and site plan shall be allowed within the conditional use district. Development in the district shall comply with all provisions of and conditional to the approved permit and site plan. Following the approval of the permit, the subject property shall be identified on the Zoning Map by the appropriate district designation followed by “CU” (e.g., R-30 CU).
