§ 152.581 SITE PLAN REQUIRED.

(A) Every petition for the reclassification of property to a conditional use district shall be accompanied by a site plan (drawn to scale) and all necessary supporting text as listed in §§ 152.075 through 152.082.

(B) The Planning Board shall review the site plan to determine compliance with:

(1) This chapter; and

(2) All applicable regulations within the town’s planning jurisdiction.
