§ 152.492 SUBDIVISIONS.
   (A)   When undeveloped land is subdivided and only undeveloped lots are sold, then the subdivider shall not be required to install any screening.
   (B)   Screening shall be required, if at all, only when the lots are developed, and the responsibility for installing such screening shall be determined in accordance with the other requirements of this subchapter.
