§ 152.439 SUBDIVISION AND MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT ENTRANCE SIGNS.
   (A)   At any entrance to a residential subdivision or multifamily development, there may be not more than two signs identifying such subdivision or development.
   (B)   A single side of any such sign may not exceed 16 square feet, and the total surface area of all such signs located at a single entrance may not exceed 32 square feet.
