§ 152.364 SEDIMENTATION CONTROL.
   (A)   Road shoulders, swales, back-of-curbs, and cut and fill banks shall be completely dressed up the contractor and seeded as soon as possible.
   (B)   The seeding mixture and application rate shall be approved by the county’s Erosion Control Officer or other person designated by the county to enforce erosion control and sedimentation rules.
