§ 152.332 ATTENTION TO DISABLED IN STREET AND SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION.

(A) Whenever curb and gutter construction is used on public streets, wheelchair ramps for the disabled shall be provided at intersections and other major points of pedestrian flow.

(B) Wheelchair ramps and depressed curbs shall be constructed in accordance with published standards of the State Building Code and any other applicable standards.
