§ 152.247 HORSE FARMS.
   (A)   Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this chapter, horse farms shall be authorized only by way of a conditional use permit issued by the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   In addition to the requirements of this chapter applicable to conditional uses, any horse farm developed within the town’s planning jurisdiction shall conform to the following development standards.
      (1)   Fences along roads within the development shall be setback at least five feet to allow a riding area along the road. Fences may be placed in the setbacks set forth below.
      (2)   There shall be at least one and one-half acres of usable pasture for each horse.
      (3)   Minimum lot area with stable or horse farm shall be five acres.
      (4)   Minimum lot width for horse farms shall be 200 feet.
      (5)   Principal building setback requirements shall be 40 feet in the front, 50 feet in the rear, 25 feet on the side, and 25 feet from side streets or roads.
      (6)   Stable setback shall be 50 from any property line.
      (7)   Maximum building height is 35 feet.
      (8)   Maximum lot coverage shall be 20%.
      (9)   Minimum principal building size shall be 1,500 square feet.
      (10)   Minimum principal building size first floor shall be 1,100 square feet.
