§ 152.239 JUNK YARDS.
   The following regulations shall apply to all junk yards.
   (A)    No material shall be placed in a junk yard in such a manner that it is capable of being carried off the premises by wind, water, or other causes.
   (B)   All paper, rags, cloth, or other fibers, and all activities involving the same, except loading and unloading, shall be within fully enclosed buildings.
   (C)   All outdoor salvage operations and all open storage of materials shall be located not less than 50 feet from any street right-of-way line and shall be completely enclosed within a fence or wall eight to ten feet in height, or a densely planted evergreen buffer strip not less than ten feet in width and height. This requirement may be modified where abundant natural buffering exists in the form of natural vegetation and/or terrain.
   (D)   No junk yard shall be located within 500 feet of any residential district.
