§ 152.236 TEMPORARY EMERGENCY, CONSTRUCTION, OR REPAIR RESIDENCES.
   (A)   Temporary residences used on construction sites of nonresidential premises shall be removed immediately upon the completion of the project.
   (B)   Permits for temporary residences to be occupied pending the construction repair, or renovation of the permanent residential building on a site shall expire within six months after the date of issuance, except that the Land Use Administrator may renew such permit for one additional period not to exceed three months if he, she, or they determines that such renewal is reasonably necessary to allow the proposed occupants of the permanent residential building to complete the construction, repair, renovation, or restoration work necessary to make such building habitable.
