§ 152.182 NONCONFORMING MOBILE HOME COMMUNITIES.
   (A)   Existing mobile home communities shall be considered nonconforming if the same do not meet all of the standards for such a use as set forth elsewhere in this chapter at the time of the adoption of this section. Such mobile home communities shall not expand in any manner beyond the existing developed area(s); however, at the date of the adoption of this section such communities shall be allowed to remove and replace units on existing spaces within the existing area.
   (B)   Only the replacement of units on an existing mobile home space shall be permitted provided that the total number of replacement units does not exceed the number of units that existed at the date of the adoption of this section, and provided that the existing waste treatment system is functioning properly. Removal and replacement of such units shall not be considered expansion of the nonconforming use.
   (C)   Any new mobile home unit replaced pursuant to divisions (A) and (B) above, must be a Class A or Class B mobile home (see § 152.008 for the definitions of Class A and Class B).
