§ 31.34 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Mayor, and Board of Commissioners, in consultation with the Chief of the Fire Department as of the date this subchapter is adopted, and the Town Attorney, shall prepare standard operating guidelines for the government of the Fire Department and the personnel thereof. Such guidelines, which may be amended from time to time, shall be submitted to the Board of Commissioners for approval. A copy of all such approved rules and regulations shall also be placed on file at the Fire Department headquarters and in the office of the Town Clerk.
