(A) Prior to the final appointment as a volunteer firefighter, the applicant must meet any and all minimum physical fitness requirements as set out in the Fire Department regulations promulgated pursuant to § 32.29, as the same may be amended from time to time, and must pass a physical examination.
(B) The Board may also promulgate ongoing minimum physical fitness requirements and require and/or provide for physical examinations of the members, pursuant to the provisions of § 32.29.
