§ 152.102 MAINTENANCE OF DEDICATED AREAS UNTIL ACCEPTANCE.
   As provided in § 152.061, all facilities and improvements with respect to which the owner makes an offer of dedication to public use shall be maintained by the owner until such offer of dedication is accepted by the appropriate public authority.
