Approval of a plat does not constitute acceptance by the town of an offer of dedication of any street(s), sidewalk(s), park(s), or other public facility(s) shown on a plat; however, the town may accept any such offer of dedication by resolution of the Board of Commissioners or by actually exercising control over and maintaining such facilities.
