§ 31.30 GENERAL DUTIES OF CHIEF.
   In addition to the other duties set forth in this subchapter, as amended from time to time, the Chief of the Fire Department shall:
   (A)   Oversee the maintenance of all equipment of the Fire Department;
   (B)   Compel, if necessary, all officers of the town to aid in the extinguishing of fires and the handling of emergencies;
   (C)   Enforce all rules and ordinances relative to fire prevention;
   (D)   Report to the Board all violations of this subchapter and other fire prevention ordinances;
   (E)   Oversee training of Fire Department personnel;
   (F)   See that complete records are kept of all fires, inspections, apparatus, and minor equipment, personnel and other information about Fire Department operations;
   (G)   Report monthly to the Board the general condition of the major apparatus and equipment, the number of fires during the month, their location and cause, and date of same, the number and purpose of all other runs made, and the number of members responding to each fire or other run; and
   (H)   Perform such other duties as from time to time the Board may prescribe.
