§ 152.096 NO SUBDIVISION WITHOUT PLAT APPROVAL.

   (A)   (1)   No person may subdivide his, her, or their land except in accordance with all of the provisions of this subchapter.

      (2)   In particular, no person may subdivide his, her, or their land unless and until a final plat of the subdivision has been approved in accordance with the provisions of §§ 152.097 or 152.098 and recorded at the county’s Register of Deeds.

   (B)   The county’s Register of Deeds may not record a plat of any subdivision within the town’s planning jurisdiction unless the plat has been approved in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
