§ 31.28 APPOINTMENT OF DEPARTMENT OFFICERS.
   (A)   The Board of Commissioners, on recommendation of the Fire Chief, Mayor and current officers, shall approve minimum qualifications to be met by all nominees for the positions of Chief, Assistant Chief, Captain, Lieutenant, Training Officer, Personnel Captain and any other positions established by the Board of Commissioners, promulgated pursuant to § 32.29.
   (B)   The Assistant Chief, Captain, Lieutenant, and other officer positions shall be appointed in accordance with this section.
   (C)   The Board of Commissioners will then appoint a member taking into consideration the Fire Chief’s recommendation.
