§ 152.003 JURISDICTION.
   (A)   This chapter shall be effective throughout the town’s planning jurisdiction and any duly established extraterritorial jurisdiction. Such planning jurisdiction may be modified from time to time in accordance with this chapter and state statutes.
   (B)   In addition to other locations required by law, a copy of a map showing the boundaries of the town’s planning jurisdiction shall be available for public inspection in the Town Hall.
