§ 151.19 VENTILATION AND ILLUMINATION.
   (A)   Living and sleeping rooms shall include at least one window.
   (B)   Air circulation shall be adequate throughout the unit.
   (C)   Bathroom areas shall have at least one openable window or other adequate exhaust ventilation.
