§ 150.01 SCOPE.
   (A)   No building or structure in the town shall be constructed, altered, repaired, or removed, nor shall the equipment of the building, structure, or premises be constructed, installed, altered, repaired, or removed, except in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The scope of this chapter extends to swimming pools, as defined in § 150.04.
