§ 110.30 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PERSONAL PROPERTY. Property which is owned, utilized and maintained by an individual or members of his, her, or their residence and acquired in a normal course of living in or maintaining a residence. It does not include merchandise which was purchased for resale or obtained on consignment; nor does it include items specifically for sale. For example, no yard sale will be allowed for selling crafts only.
   YARD SALES. Any sale open to the public conducted on residential or business premises only for the purpose of disposing of personal property, and shall    include all sales entitled garage, lawn, yard, attic, porch, room, back yard, patio, or rummage sales.
