§ 97.09 APPEAL PROCEDURES.
   (A)   Any person aggrieved by the denial of a permit as provided in this chapter shall have a right of appeal to the Town Board.
   (B)   Notice of the appeal must be given within five days after refusal of the permit.
   (C)   The appeal will be heard by the Town Board at its next regular meeting or at any special meeting the Board may set.
