§ 95.20 SUSPENSION OF LAKE PRIVILEGES.
   (A)   All Pinebluff Lake users must abide by the rules set forth in this chapter and in other rules of conduct established by the town. Failure to abide by the rules set forth in this chapter or in other rules of conduct may result in expulsion from the lake and a suspension of lake privileges, up to and including suspension for an entire season. A person may be expelled from the lake permanently for the following reasons:
      (1)   The person has been convicted or a crime for an act or acts committed while using lake facilities; or   
      (2)   The person repeatedly violates the rules set forth in this chapter or other rules of conduct established by the town and has his, her, or their lake privileges suspended for an entire season at least once before.
   (B)   In the event a person is suspended from the lake for a season or permanently, the money the person paid for the lake pin will be refunded.
   (C)   Any person whose lake privileges have been suspended may appeal the determination to the Board of Commissioners by filing written notice of appeal with the Town Clerk within ten days of the date of the written notice of suspension.
