§ 95.16 USE OF LAKE AT OWN RISK.
   (A)   All persons using the Pinebluff Lake facilities shall exercise reasonable precautions to protect themselves and others in the swimming area and elsewhere on said property, and all persons using the lake and surrounding area and facilities shall do so at their own risk, and may not in any way hold accountable the town nor any of its employees while using said lake and surrounding area and facilities.
   (B)   The town shall post adequate signage at the lake to warn users that they use the lake and surrounding facilities at their own risk.
   (C)   A child possessing a lake pin will be authorized to use the lake as if he, she, or they were 12 years of age or older, any guest must be 18 years old or older.
