(A) Grave sites will be sold to residents and nonresidents of the town.
(B) The Town Board shall set one price for residents of the town and an additional amount for non-residents and their families.
(C) Volunteer firefighters with five years of service may purchase plots at the town rate for themselves, his, her, or their spouse and children.
(D) The town will give a plot to any town employee or volunteer firefighter that is killed while on duty for the town.
