(A) The price for a single grave space in the town’s cemetery shall be set by the Town Board. No partial payments shall be allowed toward the purchase of any grave space.
(B) The total price for a space shall be paid to the Town Clerk for the Perpetual Care Trust Fund prior to a grave opening.
(C) Four corner markers will be included in the purchase price, but the cost of installation of these corner markers by town personnel will be an additional charge, as described in § 94.03.
(D) Cemetery plots bought in Section II can be exchanged from Section II to Section III for the cost of administrative fees which will be set by the Town Board and on file in the Town Clerk’s office. If the cemetery plot purchased in Section II does not have corner markers then corner markers will need to be purchased at cost.
