§ 94.01 BURIAL RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to bury the body of any person within the corporate limits of the town other than in a duly established cemetery or other burial ground.
   (B)   Town cemeteries shall be used for the sole purpose of human burials.
   (C)   For each cemetery plot there shall only be one casket or there shall be no more than two urns per cemetery plot. Any person may add one urn with one casket for new interments. Urns shall be placed by a professional or a designated town employee and the location of the urn shall be decided by a designated town employee.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person to bury a casket in the town’s cemetery without a vault.
