Fire inspections will be conducted as required by the state’s Fire Prevention Code. The county’s Fire Inspector will periodically inspect, and do follow-up inspections as necessary and required by law. A schedule of fees pertaining to this section shall be approved by the county’s Board of Commissioners and maintained on record in the office of the Town Clerk.
