§ 93.06 MAINTENANCE OF CHIMNEYS, SMOKESTACKS, AND FURNACES.

All chimneys, smokestacks, and similar devices for conveying smoke or gases to the outer air, and the stoves, furnaces, fire boxes, or boilers to which they are connected shall be maintained in such manner as not to endanger adjacent property.
