§ 93.01 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR FIRE PROTECTION PURPOSES.
   Any member of the Fire Department, or any person acting under the orders of the Chief of the Department, shall have the right to go on the premises of any person, enter any building or room, insert a fire hose, and turn on the water whenever, in the judgment of the Chief, it shall be necessary.
