§ 92.04 PROHIBITED ON PUBLIC STREETS, ALLEYS, OR HIGHWAYS.
   (A)   If an abandoned or junked motor vehicle is left on a public street, alley, or highway within the town, it shall be the duty and responsibility of the owner of such motor vehicle to cause the removal thereof immediately and to pay all costs incident to such removal. It shall be unlawful for the owner to allow the motor vehicle to remain abandoned on a public street, public alley, or highway after notice has been duly given to the owner to have the vehicle removed.
   (B)   No abandoned or junked motor vehicle shall be kept on private property except in accordance with §§ 92.07 or 92.08.
