§ 91.47 ACTION IN CRIMINAL COURT.
   (A)   Any citizen, resident, or other person in the town who is annoyed, disturbed, injured, or whose comfort, repose, health, peace, safety, or general welfare is endangered by any noise prohibited in § 91.46, shall have the right to proceed with an action in the criminal courts to enforce such violation.
   (B)   Any police officer of the town or member of the county’s Sheriff’s Department who may investigate a complaint with respect to any violation of § 91.46, shall have the right to institute an action in the county’s criminal courts for the purpose of enforcing the violation against the alleged offender.
