§ 91.02 MANNER OF ENFORCEMENT.
Any violation of any part of this chapter shall be prosecuted in the same manner as any other misdemeanor violation of the town code. However, in the event of a violation, written notice of intention to prosecute will be given the alleged violator not less than five calendar days prior to the issuance of a misdemeanor complaint.
