§ 90.036 ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS.
   The Administrator shall:
   (A)   Enforce all laws of the state and all ordinances of the town pertaining to animals and cooperate with all animal control officers and law enforcement officers within the county in fulfilling this duty;
   (B)   Cooperate with all agencies within the county and the towns therein and assist the enforcement of the laws of the state with regard to animals, the vaccination of dogs and cats against rabies, the confinement and leashing of vicious animals, and any other state law applicable to animals or animal control;
   (C)   Investigate reported or observed animal cruelty or animal abuse;
   (D)   Investigate public nuisance complaints involving animals;
   (E)   Investigate reports of observed harassment or attacks by dogs or other animals against livestock and assist in locating those persons owning or harboring the attacking animals;
   (F)   Investigate all reported animal bites, in order to comply with the provisions of §§ 90.037 and 90.060 through 90.063 of this chapter;
   (G)   Keep, or cause to be kept, accurate and detailed records as determined by the Town Board; and
   (H)   Be trained to standards to be established by the Town Board, which training shall include but not be limited to training in animal first aid taught by a licensed veterinarian.
