(A) The town’s Animal Control Program, as herein described and as otherwise described in other town ordinances related to animals and as otherwise described under the laws of the state, shall be administered by the animal control officer or other persons designated by the Town Board to perform the responsibilities assigned by this chapter to the Administrator.
(B) Such persons or persons are referred to in this subchapter as “the Administrator.”
