§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   As provided by G.S. §§ 14-4 and 160A-175, the town has the authority to impose a penalty and/or fine not to exceed $50 for violation of this chapter. Each day after initial action that vehicles remain parked on streets or parkways in violation of this chapter shall be considered a new offense.
