(A) Tractor-trailer rigs may use residential streets only to discharge or pick up cargo. They may not use residential streets to transit the town.
(B) Tractor-trailer rigs may transit the town on state system roads only. Such roads are more explicitly defined as:
(1) U.S. Highway # 1 (or Walnut Street);
(2) East of U.S. Highway # 1:
(a) East Baltimore Avenue from U.S. Highway # 1 to Currant Street;
(b) All of Currant Street;
(c) East New England Avenue from Currant Street to South Peach Street;
(d) South Peach Street from East New England Avenue to Pinebluff Lake Road; and
(e) Pinebluff Lake Road to the eastern town limits.
(3) West of U.S. Highway # 1:
(a) West Baltimore Avenue to Ridgecrest Street; and
(b) Ridgecrest Street from West Philadelphia Avenue to the northern town limits.
