(A) The public graveyard or public cemetery located on the north side of County Road in the city is hereby designated and hereafter to be known and called Pinckneyville City Cemetery.
(B) The management and control of the cemetery hereby is vested in a Board of Managers consisting of five persons. The Board shall have the care, charge, management and control of the cemetery, under the supervision of the City Council.
