§ 32.056 ENTITIES UNDER COMMISSIONER’S SUPERVISION.

   The Commissioner of Public Property shall have charge of, supervision and direction over the following departments, municipal functions, services, and public property:

   (A)   The construction, repair and maintenance of all municipal buildings, except the City Hall Building;

   (B)   Water Department;

   (C)   Sewer Department;

   (D)   City reservoir;

   (E)   Municipal baseball and softball diamonds and appurtenances;

   (F)   All recreational equipment not under the jurisdiction of the Park Board;

   (G)   Natural gas utility; and

   (H)   Swimming pool.
