§ 32.036 ENTITIES UNDER COMMISSIONER’S SUPERVISION.

   The Commissioner of Public Health and Safety shall have charge of, supervision and direction over the following officers and municipal functions and services:

   (A)   Fire Department;

   (B)   Police Department;

   (C)   Building inspections and issuances of permits for construction and repairs thereof;

   (D)   Board of Health; and

   (E)   Regulation of vehicle traffic.
