§ 32.026 ENTITIES UNDER COMMISSIONER’S SUPERVISION.

   The Commissioner of Accounts and Finances shall have charge of, supervision and direction over the following officers and municipal functions and services:

   (A)   City Clerk;

   (B)   City Treasurer;

   (C)   All financial records and accounts of the city; and

   (D)   Care and maintenance of City Hall.
