§ 32.010 DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby established a department which shall be known as the Volunteer Fire Department and which shall embrace one Fire Chief, one Assistant Fire Chief, One Secretary, and one Treasurer, and the members of the Volunteer Fire Department.
