§ 154.395 SIGNS PROHIBITED.
   The following signs are prohibited within the jurisdiction of this subchapter:
   (A)   Moving signs;
   (B)   Flashing signs;
   (C)   Propellers, paddle wheels, or other attraction devices designed to be set in motion by the wind.
