§ 154.114 R-1 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT LOT SIZE.

Lots within the R-1 Residential District shall be no smaller than 50 feet by 100 feet. Multi-family dwelling units shall have a minimum of 3,000 square feet of lot area per unit within this district. Accessory buildings shall not cover more than 30% of the available rear yard area. (Also see the table in § 154.250.)
