The R-1 Residential District is best suited for single-family, site-built dwellings and related educational, religious, and recreational facilities. Regulations relating to the R-1 Residential District are intended to respect the integrity of the neighborhoods, ensure the safety of its residents, maintain and enhance property values, and provide for the future growth of residential living in the community.
