(A) The Mayor and each Commissioner may place on the agenda of meetings of the City Council items deemed appropriate for consideration and/or action by the Council.
(B) Pursuant to ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 4-5-12, the City Council determines that the regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the second and fourth Monday of each calendar month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Pinckneyville City Hall.
