§ 153.05 RECORDS.
   The following records shall be maintained by the Natural Gas Department:
   (A)   “Locate Request” should be retained for five years.
   (B)   A number of each “Locate Request” should be assigned and recorded.
   (C)   A record of action for each “Locate Request” shall be recorded, including those for “no locate required.”
   (D)   The number of “hits” is recorded by the following categories:
      (1)   Name of contractor;
      (2)   No locate requested;
      (3)   Location marked accurately;
      (4)   Location marked inaccurately.
